Thank you for shopping at Fly Locker Room. Because every item in our store is custom-made to order, our return and refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final on Personalized Items
All Fly Locker Room products are personalized and custom-printed to order. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalization errors made during checkout (including misspelled names, incorrect numbers, or wrong color selections).
Please carefully review your personalization details, size selection, and order summary before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, it is sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered (for example, we printed the wrong name or sent the wrong size), we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under these circumstances:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photographs of the defect or error, including the item, the printing, and any damage
- The issue must be verified as a production or fulfillment error, not customer-input error
Email us at info@thepracticefacility.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days and work with you on a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fly Locker Room is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout and use a secure delivery location. For delivery issues, contact the carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production shortly after submission, order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@thepracticefacility.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
