Welcome to Fly Locker Room ("we," "us," "our"), the official custom online store of The Fly Academy. By accessing or using our website at shop.theflyacademy.org (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Products and Personalization
All products sold on Fly Locker Room are custom-made to order based on the personalization details you provide at checkout (including player number, last name, and color selections). You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization information submitted.
We reserve the right to reject or refuse orders that contain:
- Profanity, hate speech, or offensive language
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Names or numbers associated with public figures, celebrities, or licensed athletes without authorization
- Any content we deem inappropriate for a youth-focused sports community at our sole discretion
If an order is rejected for these reasons, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of order are the prices you'll be charged. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We do not store your payment information.
4. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
All personalized items are final sale. Returns and refunds are governed by our [Refund & Return Policy].

All content on this Site — including the Fly Academy and Fly Locker Room logos, designs, photography, and text — is the property of The Fly Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
